Job Overview
Short‑term, full‑time position with a 3‑week rotating shift pattern (days, nights, weekends), averaging 36 hours per week. OTE of £53k‑£55k with a minimum guarantee of £50,899.86, plus pension, sick pay, life insurance, overtime pay and a range of benefits including a BP fuel card, cycle‑to‑work, local gym discounts, employee assistance programme and world‑class training.
Essential Qualifications
- Current LGV Class 1 (C&E) licence
- Minimum 2 years of class 1 driving experience
- Valid DCPC licence
- No more than 3 penalty points on the licence, none for drink/drug or dangerous driving offences
Desirable Qualifications
- ADR classes 2 and 3 licence
- Previous tanker experience
- Any prior fuels experience (PDP not required – training provided)
Responsibilities
- Work a shift pattern that includes days, nights and weekends
- Live within a 60‑minute commute from the workplace
- Maintain high customer focus, attention to detail and adherence to company procedures and industry guidelines
