Summary Of The Role
To carry out a supporting role within the finance department, providing services that get information into the accounts to be used by the Management Accountants and Finance Managers. Provide services to the wider business including operations, fleet, HR & payroll.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Reconcile balance sheet control accounts
- Cash flow analysis
- Expenses administration and processing
- Cost split analysis and month end accruals
- Payroll costing adjustments and processing
- Assist with meeting monthly, year-end, statutory and Group reporting deadlines
- Assist with the annual audit process
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Requirements
Essential: The successful individual will - Computer literate with knowledge of accounting systems, and MS Office. Good attention to detail. Experience of working in a finance function and/or working towards an accounting qualification. Organised and can work to deadlines.
