About the dept introduction The Fleet Support Services team ensures our fleet remains safe, compliant and operational by coordinating vehicle compliance, planned and unscheduled maintenance, statutory testing and accurate fleet records. The team also manages vehicle movements and maintenance expenditure through the Maintenance Control Centre. What you'll be trusted with The job holder has a responsibility to carry his/her duties in an efficient and conscientious manner. The job holder will provide appropriate operational, and commercial awareness training & coaching to existing FSS personnel, including new recruits . To interact with internal departments/suppliers/customers in pursuance of the stated duties. The job holder has a responsibility to demonstrate a culture of continuous improvement through monitoring of key performance indicators and management information. You'll thrive in the role if you have .. Strong administrative skills preferably in a fleet management environment. A minimum of two years' experience working in the Fleet Support Services function. Good interpersonal skills. Conversant with Excel, word, PowerPoint Clear practical knowledge of the Key2 Fleet Management system. Everyone is welcome at Oxalis.
