Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of key business initiatives, ensuring delivery to time, budget, scope, and quality.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resources to drive effective change.
- Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication across all organisational levels.
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, expectations, and cross-project dependencies.
- Monitor agreed KPIs and KRIs and provide accurate status reporting.
- Manage deliverables and contracts with external suppliers to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Act as the primary contact, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth handover.
- Support the IT Programme Office by helping refine project management frameworks and improve ways of working.
- May travel occasionally to our sites, including limited international trips.
