Step into a pivotal role at the heart of a rapidly scaling global technology company shaping the future of autonomous systems. Oxa Autonomy are seeking a highly organised, proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support both the CFO and COO—two key leaders driving our international growth. The opportunity will be for an initial 12 month period, hours of 10am-2pm Monday-Friday on a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for senior executive members.
  • Coordinate effective meetings by organising and collating meeting agendas, providing confidential minute taking and distribution, and coordinating follow up actions.
  • Act as a second pair of eyes and ears and help to pre-empt Exec needs and requirements.
  • Project type tasks & support as required.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
  • Expert proficiency with Macs and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.
