  • Territory Mastery – Manage your region to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets while ensuring excellent customer coverage and service levels.
  • Be a Sales Dynamo – Maintain a structured call cycle, meet daily KPIs and continuously identify new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Lead Key Account Growth – Support and present National and Key Account initiatives to drive growth expectations set by senior leadership.
  • Data-Driven Selling – Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce & Sales‑I) daily to analyse customer data, track performance and maximise "Live the Trade" growth opportunities.
  • Promote & Grow – Present OX promotional activities to increase sales, expand shelf space and strengthen in-store brand presence.
  • New Product Champion – Introduce new product launches consistently and ensure quarterly objectives are achieved.
  • Strategic Resource Management – Effectively manage Merchandisers, Trade Shows Product Management support and in-store training initiatives.
  • Brand Ambassador – Drive OX marketing initiatives, grow social media exposure in line with company guidelines and represent the brand at trade events and customer engagements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Field Sales Experience – Experience in field sales or account management. Construction or tool industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven Sales Track Record – A strong track record of growing accounts, winning new business and achieving sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency – Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activity and drive performance.
  • Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-Starter Mentality – Driven, organised and motivated to exceed targets and identify new opportunities.
  • Resilient Mindset – Positive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Full Driving Licence – Essential. Occasional travel outside the territory may be required.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
