At OX Tools, we’re not just about tools, we’re about building something bigger. Our vision is to bring the strength of the OX to every tradesperson through passion, design, and relentless pursuit of innovation. Our tools are instinctively recognised as Tough, Dynamic, Different and so are our people.

We’re looking for a Creative POS & Packaging Designer to elevate how OX shows up in-store and in customers’ presentations. You’ll design high impact point-of-sale displays and packaging design, then bring concepts to life through high-quality 3D renders/visualisations so customers can quickly see (and buy into) the idea. This is a hands-on creative role with real commercial impact: your work will help win shelf space, improve conversion at fixture, and keep OX presentation consistent with brand and packaging standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop impactful POS displays and retail activation concepts
  • Translate briefs into retail-ready solutions aligned with customer and manufacturing requirements
  • Create presentation decks and visuals for customer sell-in and internal alignment
  • Develop and adapt packaging layouts in line with brand guidelines
  • Produce print-ready artwork including dielines, cutter guides, bleeds, and finishes
  • Build 3D models and create high-quality renders for customer presentations and approvals
  • Produce realistic visualisations to communicate materials, finishes, and product placement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver projects on time
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth production and high-quality execution
  • Stay up to date with retail design trends, materials, and display technologies

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience designing POS/retail displays that are both creative and manufacturable
  • Proven packaging design and artwork capability with strong attention to detail and production accuracy
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience with 3D/CAD design and rendering using relevant visualisation software
  • Experience working with corrugated/paper-based displays and production-ready dielines
  • Good understanding of POS manufacturing processes (e.g. metal, plastics, printing, CNC, assembly)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and respond to feedback effectively
  • Highly organised with strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to create high-quality presentation decks and visual assets for customer sell-in and internal alignment
  • Portfolio required demonstrating:
  • POS display concepts + final execution visuals
  • Creative Packaging layout examples
  • 3D renders / customer visualisations

What’s in it for you?

  • The opportunity to be part of a growing, ambitious global brand
  • The chance to grow and develop within the business
  • 23 days holiday + birthday + volunteer leave
  • Flexible hybrid working (4-5 days in the office)
  • Company pension scheme
  • A vibrant, supportive team culture

We live by three attributes: Humble, Hungry, People Smart. We work as One Team, put the Customer First, and challenge ourselves to innovate every day. If you’re ready to grow with us and bring your energy, creativity, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
