We're looking for a Passionate Chef who has:
2+ years of chef experience in Japanese/Asian cuisine
Hygiene Level 2 or 3 Certificate (preferably)
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to commute to or relocate to Oxford
You have a minimum of two years of experience working in a professional kitchen, refining your Japanese sushi techniques and perfecting precise knife skills
Your enthusiasm for cooking goes beyond a mere pastime; it is a deep-seated passion that shines through in every sushi roll and nigiri you prepare and its presentation
You have previously held a similar position, and you bring valuable sushi expertise to our team
