OwnLife Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Home in Brockley, SE4. The role reports to the Manager and focuses on safeguarding and promoting young people’s welfare in line with Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and Quality Standards.
The post requires a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or working towards it, plus experience with 11–18-year-olds. You will support staff, manage shift coverage, and contribute to staff development while maintaining a safe home environment.
