We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our App Team and help build the next generation of Web3 financial applications. Our platform sits at the intersection of traditional finance, Web3, and tokenized assets, enabling innovative financial workflows powered by blockchain technologies. This is an opportunity to work on products used by some of the world’s leading financial institutions, shaping how digital assets, wallets, tokenized securities, and decentralized systems are experienced by end users.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap and full product lifecycle for customer-facing Web3 applications across web and mobile.
- Design and optimize user journeys across wallets, token flows, signing flows, transaction experiences, and on-chain interactions.
- Translate complex blockchain concepts, including wallets, permissions, signing, and token interactions, into intuitive product experiences.
- Work closely with engineering on APIs, distributed systems, implementation details, system behavior, and edge cases.
- Build products supporting treasury management, collateral management, repo financing, trading workflows, and asset lifecycle management.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot to rapidly prototype, iterate, create mocks, and improve product specifications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, compliance, and institutional stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Hands-on experience in Web3, crypto, DeFi, digital assets, or blockchain-based products.
- Strong understanding of blockchain transactions, wallet interactions, signing flows, permissions, token behavior, and on-chain systems.
- Experience building Web3 applications, wallet experiences, tokenized products, blockchain-based user flows, or crypto platforms.
- Understanding of financial systems and asset flows, including trading, treasury, collateral management, or tokenized assets.
- Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to independently define, design, and iterate on product flows.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, APIs, distributed systems, and technical product environments.
- Hands-on use of AI tools for product design, prototyping, iteration, and workflow acceleration.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.

- Experience with tokenized assets, digital securities, stablecoins, DeFi applications, trading systems, liquidity platforms, or settlement infrastructure.
