Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers to comply with the demands of new legislation. We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Sales Coordinator to join a growing team in our lovely office location.
About the position
- Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
- Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met.
- Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client base and with potential new sources of business.
Experience, skills and aptitude required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
