We're a global digital agency working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and creativity — helping ambitious brands grow through social, TTL campaigns, AR, AI, and innovation.

We're looking for a Mid to Senior Motion Art Director to lead creative output on one of our most exciting accounts: a major AI platform. The work spans everything from fast-turnaround BAU creative to full global productions and in-person creative sprints.

The Role

As the design lead on this account, you'll own art direction across motion and static outputs — from early concept through to final delivery. You'll work with a broader team of creatives and producers, providing decisive feedback, creative guidance, and hands-on support where needed. You'll also be a key face to senior stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

What you'll do

  • Shape art direction across motion and static formats from concept to delivery
  • Develop strong creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, composition, and visual structure
  • Guide the team to ensure work stays aligned with original creative intent
  • Lead, inspire, and develop creatives across the client team
  • Present work confidently to internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Attend and contribute to in-person creative sprints and workshops
  • Stay across industry developments, advertising trends, and pop culture

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience leading on a client with a consultative approach
  • Strong visual judgement and confidence contributing to creative direction
  • Solid motion design skills with a great sense of timing, composition, and storytelling
  • Experience with styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven motion
  • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality motion and design work — ideally with tech or AI-led campaign examples
  • Curiosity around AI tools and how they can support the creative process

What's on offer

  • Flexible hybrid working (2 days in office)
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 26 days holiday + UK bank holidays
  • Private healthcare, pension, and mental health support
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies
  • Season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme
  • A genuinely inclusive culture with strong DEI commitments and B Corp certification
