We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent creative events agency based in London. They work with some of the world's most recognised luxury and premium brands, producing high-end events, experiential activations and immersive brand experiences globally.

You'd be joining a close-knit team of talented, hard-working people, dedicated to producing memorable events and experiences. The culture is creative and flexible, with minimal hierarchy and a flat structure where your voice is heard and ideas move quickly.

The Role

This is a senior hire to help lead the agency's production arm. You'll take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end — from brief through to de-rig — while also providing leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior producers. You'll be the main operational lead on projects, translating creative ambitions and client briefs into tight, executable production plans. You'll work across a range of event types and scales, from high-end client dinners and product launches to large-format experiential with complex AV and scenic builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle delivery from initial brief through post-event reconciliation
  • Own project schedules, critical paths and budgets
  • Oversee technical production including AV, lighting, scenic and staging
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage internal teams and external suppliers to deliver on time and on budget
  • Mentor and support junior members of the production team
