About the Role:
Our client, a cutting-edge live events and experiential agency, is looking for an innovative and talented Senior 3D Designer to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic agency known for delivering immersive, high-impact experiences for global brands across live events, activations, exhibitions, and more. As a Senior 3D Designer, you’ll play a key role in visualising and designing captivating environments and installations that bring brands to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present innovative 3D design concepts for live events, exhibitions, and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Create high-quality 3D models, environments, and spatial designs using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D.
- Produce detailed and compelling 3D visualisations and renders for internal teams and client presentations.
- Work closely with creative directors, set designers, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with project objectives.
- Attend client meetings and pitches, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback into final solutions.
- Provide technical drawings and oversee the production of designs, ensuring they are executed to the highest standard onsite.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in 3D design, architecture, and experiential marketing to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience as a 3D Designer, ideally within live events, experiential, live activations, or a related field.
- Ideally 2 years in a senior role
- Demonstrable experience working live event and activation projects end to end from conception to launch
- Strong proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Cinema 4D) and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift). Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus.
- A strong eye for detail, design aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful 3D environments and experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell your design concepts to both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt and respond to creative challenges, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in experiential design, event architecture, and creating memorable brand experiences.
