Title: Middleweight Designer – Motion-Led

Salary: Circa £44K

Location: Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite, Central London

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing creative team at one of the most creatively ambitious global agencies. Working on one of the most culturally visible and creatively rewarding accounts in the building, you’ll help shape campaigns that cut through — combining design thinking with beautifully crafted motion and integrated storytelling.

We’re looking for a hands-on designer with a restless energy, strong visual instincts and the motion skills to bring big ideas to life across every channel — from social and film to digital, OOH and experiential.

• A designer who thinks in motion and can bring energy to the simplest of assets
• Someone confident developing work from concept to final execution
• A sharp communicator — visually and verbally — who can sell an idea in
• A natural collaborator who enjoys being part of a fast-moving team
• Detail-obsessed with a strong appreciation for craft and finish
• Tuned in to culture and ahead of design and motion trends
• Calm under pressure and always solutions-focused

You’ll need:

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• A solid grasp of storytelling through movement, pace and sound
• Bonus if you bring 3D (Cinema4D or Blender), or interactive skills (Sketch / Adobe XD)
