About our client

We are working with a boundary-pushing creative studio operating at the intersection of beauty, fashion, culture, and premium consumer brands. Our clients are shaping the next wave of cool — think tech, coffee, beauty, ice cream, alcohol — and they bring these brands to life across identity, experiences, and pop-up spaces.

A small, tight-knit, creatively generous team. Warm, flexible, and fun to collaborate with. This isn’t a corporate studio — it’s about fresh energy, style, and bringing great taste to unexpected places.

The Role

We’re looking for a Designer with a razor-sharp eye for beauty, a flair for cool, and the ability to build brand identities that live across environments — from pop-ups to menus to moodboards.

You’ll take ideas and run with them, crafting thoughtful graphic systems and turning them into sleek, presentation-ready creative. This isn’t a hands-off job. We want someone who loves design, has opinions, and wants to get stuck in.

This is a midweight role, but we’re open to someone more senior if the fit is right. The sweet spot is someone independent and polished — no need to manage others, just bring the vibe and skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead brand identity development across lifestyle, beauty, and premium FMCG brands
  • Create stunning moodboards, concept decks, and visual presentations
  • Translate identities into real-world expressions — menus, event assets, packaging, lightweight spatial graphics
  • Take projects from end-to-end including artworking
  • Support in brand activations and pop-ups (not the build, just the design)
  • Think spatially: imagine how design lives in a retail or experience context
  • Collaborate with the founder and freelance team to shape next-gen premium aesthetics

What We’re Looking For

  • A graphic designer with brand identity at your core
  • Confident presenting ideas — you know how to make a concept sing
  • Naturally strong aesthetic eye — particularly across beauty, lifestyle, and culture-led work
  • A portfolio that shows premium but playful taste (no dated luxury vibes here)
  • Solid technical experience and meticulous attention to detail for artworking
  • Bonus if you can dabble in 3D design or environmental mock-ups
  • Warm, relaxed personality — you’re easy to work with, low ego, and like to contribute ideas
  • Able to work from home comfortably, with one day a week in a shared space (likely to increase later)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Some experience with event and pop-up graphics
  • Strong experience using Figma, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools
  • Past work across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or culturally interesting sectors
