As a Lead Art Director, you will be beyond confident working independently but also productive in bespoke partnerships with colleagues in copy, tech, strategy, social/influencers and beyond.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive the visual direction of our campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualising and executing visually stunning and compelling experiences that resonate with sports/entertainment enthusiasts and captivate our clients' target demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision for experiential and content marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, and account managers, to bring concepts to life.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualise and design high-impact, immersive experiences for live events, activations, and digital platforms. Create visually compelling content across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the visual consistency and integrity of brand identities across all touchpoints. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Client Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients, presenting and articulating creative concepts effectively. Incorporate client feedback and insights into the creative process, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continually enhance the agency's creative capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Established Senior level experience in art direction, with a significant focus on sports marketing, experiential marketing, and content creation.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including experiential campaigns, digital content, and branding initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
