We are really excited to be supporting this incredible in-house team who are hunting for their latest addition to their high quality, fast moving studio.

A major name in mass-participation sport and live events is looking for a confident, ideas-driven Multimedia Designer to join their growing in-house creative team. If you want your work seen by millions across digital channels, physical environments, broadcast moments and national-scale campaigns, this is where you’ll thrive. You’ll work at pace, across multiple events and audiences, delivering bold, polished creative across digital, social, print and motion. You’ll collaborate closely with social, content and marketing teams, taking real ownership of animation and motion outputs across the organisation. This is a place that values experimentation, backs creative voices and wants someone who can push the standard higher every time. What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver high-quality design across social, digital, print and event-related assets, working with established brand and Figma-based style systems.
  • Lead on motion and animation output, creating engaging content for digital channels, campaigns and event activations.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing, digital and creative teams, contributing ideas, experiments and improvements.
  • Present work weekly, giving clear rationale and championing creative choices.
  • Build strong internal relationships and support stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Stay tuned into trends, tools, innovation and audience behaviours to keep the creative output fresh.
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic creative culture that enjoys the work and takes pride in its impact.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience across Adobe Creative Cloud, with confident skills in After Effects. Bonus skills in Cinema4D or Blender.
  • A solid understanding of designing for both online and offline environments.
  • Clear communication and the ability to juggle multiple projects calmly and effectively.
  • Strong foundational design thinking: typography, layout, motion principles, brand systems.
  • The confidence to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions and push creative boundaries.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
