This is a junior to mid-level conceptual/'maker' role at a leading advertising agency. We are on the hunt for specialist creatives with portfolios of high-quality branded social media projects that deliver results.
The Role
We are looking for a new generation creative (individual or team) who live and breathe social. Think ideas first, craft always, and an instinct for what people actually want to watch, share and talk about. This role is open to an established duo or two individual creatives who can work together seamlessly. You might be a copy and art pairing, two hybrids, or a maker-led team with strong conceptual instincts. What matters is chemistry, ideas, and execution.
You will be embedded in a fast-moving creative team producing social-first work for a globally recognised brand. You will concept, make, adapt, shoot, edit, test, learn, repeat. This is not a traditional ATL role. This is about cultural relevance, speed, and making work that earns attention.
What You Will Do
- Come up with social-first ideas that feel native to platforms, not forced into them
- Create content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and whatever comes next
- Turn strategic thinking into bold, entertaining, simple ideas
- Make the work yourself when needed, filming, editing, animating, designing
- Work collaboratively with creatives, strategists, producers and clients
- Respond quickly to briefs, trends and opportunities without losing quality
- Help evolve the brand voice through content, not just campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- Junior to midweight level creatives with strong social instincts
- A portfolio that clearly shows social-first thinking on big brands
- Evidence of ideas that work in feeds, not just in decks
- Strong making skills. Video, editing, motion, design, or all of the above
- Comfort working fast and iterating based on feedback
- Curiosity about culture, creators, platforms and formats
- Confidence to contribute ideas and energy to a creative team
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working as a creative duo
- Maker skills such as shooting, editing, animation or motion - though you will be supported with talent
- Experience working inside an agency environment
- A side project, channel, or format you have built yourself
Why This Role
- You will make work that actually goes out into the world
- You will work with senior creatives who care about ideas and craft
- You will have space to learn, experiment and push your thinking
- You will be trusted early and challenged often
How to Apply
Send your CV and portfolio. Portfolios are non-negotiable. We want to see social-first ideas as standard, especially work for well-known brands. If you are a duo, apply together. If you are individuals, show us how you think and make.
