We are hunting an established PM - someone ready to step into Senior or recently made Senior for a role with our major network agency client. This is not a Creative Production or Creative PM role - it's highly commercial and process oriented. It's a new role in a dedicated team to an iconic brand with high quality and volume advertising output.
A global creative network agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across a large, flagship client account. This role sits within a fast-moving, always-on environment delivering a high volume of work across brand, communications, content, and production. You will be the day-to-day owner of delivery, responsible for keeping work moving at pace while maintaining quality, clarity, and commercial control. This role rewards people who are comfortable with complexity and pressure.
What you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery across a large, UK-focused client account
- Managing a constant flow of work across multiple channels and workstreams
- Running kick-offs, creative briefings, reviews, and integrated production meetings
- Owning scopes of work, timings, budgets, and resourcing across cross-functional teams
- Managing delivery across multiple internal and client stakeholders
- Proactively identifying and managing risks in a fast-moving, regulated environment
- Partnering closely with commercial and finance teams to maintain project profitability
- Managing third-party estimates, costs, and invoice approvals
- Driving efficiency through improved process, tooling, and practical use of AI
- Leading wash-ups and using insight to improve future delivery
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience delivering large-scale, always-on agency accounts
- Background working on complex, regulated, or high-volume clients such as financial services, retail, telecoms, or similar
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable operating at pace
- Confident leading cross-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders
- Excellent scoping, budget, and time management skills
- Commercially minded and confident owning delivery and numbers
- Clear, direct communicator who brings structure to ambiguity
What you can expect:
- A major UK client with constant output across TV, OOH, print, radio, social...
- A demanding but rewarding delivery environment
- Real ownership and influence over how work gets delivered
This role is not for you if:
- You prefer slow, campaign-only work
- You struggle with volume, pressure, or changing priorities
- You are uncomfortable owning delivery decisions
If you have experience running complex, high-volume UK accounts within an agency environment and are ready for a senior role, we would like to hear from you.
