We are looking for \âAccount Managers\â for this role but exceptional client facing \âProject Managers\â with adept/mature stakeholder and resource management skills will also suit.
Whether you have worked in-house or agency-side we are looking for those who can drive branding, print and digital projects with demonstrable knowledge.

The Creative Studio sits within the Group Brand and Marketing team, and is made up of a mix of Graphic/Motion Designers, Artworkers, and Account Managers. You will work with the team on a day to day basis in addition to internal âclientsâ around the business spanning both our Group business, broking business and underwriting business. We sit in the UK but we work with our teams all over the world. You will have interactions with Marketing, Brand, Communications, Events, client facing teams, brokers and data teams.
Youâll be a seasoned resource and project manager within the creative sphere and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and stakeholders. Youâll have demonstrable organisational skills and be able to calmly manage tricky resourcing situations when timings and budgets are tight. You will also be confident and comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders and have excellent listening and problem solving skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing multiple BAU briefs coming into the studio, working closely the Studio Manager and other Account Managers to allocate design resource using project management software.
- Youâll be responsible for ensuring that briefs are allocated to the creative team based on skill set and developmental goals.
- Whilst this is an Account Manager role you will also be responsible for project managing briefs to ensure the output of work is to the highest standard.
- Youâll meet with âclientsâ to discuss their needs and help to translate them into tangible design briefs.
- Youâll perform quality checks on all incoming briefs to ensure that the brief contains all the required information so that designers are able to pick up briefs immediately.
- Youâll be required to review the teams output to ensure that it meets the âclientsâ brief and budget and that the work is delivered on time.
- You will keep in contact with the âclientâ at all stages of the project and follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner.
- You will manage budgets for individual projects as required and arrange budget reporting on a monthly basis.
- Youâll work with the Studio Manager and Head of Design on assessing upcoming resource requirements on a regular basis to enable proactive additional resourcing for the department.
- Prioritisation of work will be key, working closely with the Head of Design and the Studio Manager to ensure prioritisation of workload is managed correctly.
- You will be responsible for monthly reporting for your accounts.
Role Requirements:
- Experience working within a Creative Studio team or an agency account management role.
- Account management & project management skills (with a focus on simultaneously managing multiple projects and relationships).
- An understanding of the design process
- Ability to communicate client needs and clearly articulate technical items
- Client management skills and ability to anticipate needs and match them with products and services
- Communication skills, particularly listening, articulation, presenting, and assisting with project or marketing literature
- Prioritisation and negotiation skills
