Job Description
Job Title: 3D Creative Lead / Design Director
Client: Leading Event & Experiential Creative Agency
Location: Hybrid, London
Contract: 4 days a week, October – March
Rate: £400–500 per day
The Brief
We’re looking for an experienced 3D Creative Lead / Design Director to join a leading experiential and events agency on a high-profile brand project. This is an urgent hire, with the successful candidate stepping straight into a pivotal creative role from October through March.
The Role
You’ll take the lead on conceptual 3D event design, working closely with the Executive Creative Director and wider team. This isn’t a support role — you’ll own key parts of the project, drive creative excellence, and ensure every detail leaves a lasting impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in events, architecture, and interiors with a portfolio that showcases high-quality, large-scale brand experiences.
- Expert hands-on skills in Cinema 4D and Corona Render — you’ll be working directly with live project files.
- Strong conceptual thinking combined with flawless execution. This is about creating standout event concepts, not motion graphics or basic visualisation.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a team environment but can confidently steer design direction where needed.
Why This Role?
This is a rare chance to lead design on a flagship experiential project for a world-class agency, influencing creative direction while being hands-on in the detail. If you’re passionate about crafting immersive environments that inspire and excite, this is the role to show what you can do.
