Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Protection Advisor, located in the Greater Northampton Area, United Kingdom. The Protection Advisor will be responsible for providing face‑to‑face financial protection advice to clients, assessing their individual needs, and recommending appropriate products. The role involves conducting client meetings, explaining product details, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of financial protection products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in financial advice or a related field
  • Knowledge of financial protection products (life cover, critical illness cover, accident protection, income protection)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Relevant qualifications in financial advice, such as a Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (desirable)
  • Previous experience working within a regulatory environment (desirable)
