We are excited to be launching a brand-new, purpose-built nursery and are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our founding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a setting from the very beginning, working in a fresh environment where your ideas and experience will truly make an impact.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS Framework
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Complete observations and assessments to support children's development
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive early years team
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Essential)
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
- Paediatric First Aid desirable (training provided if required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
