Owens Group is a fast developing, multi-site organization, with a large diverse customer base, making this an exciting opportunity. To maintain, inspect, repair and replace all tyres on Owens Group fleet vehicles and trailers to prescribed company standards. Monday - Friday 07:00-17:00, additional Saturdays, plus callouts.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain, inspect and repair all tyres fitted to Owens Group Vehicles/Trailers.
  • Undertake tyre checks on all HGV vehicles/trailers in preparation for annual MOT inspections.
  • Attend breakdowns on company vehicles/trailers, repair/replace damaged tyres where appropriate.
  • Prepare and decommission vehicles/trailers, replacing new tyres with part worn’s in line with company policy.
  • Complete all associated paperwork, ensuring all statistics and legal information are produced.
  • Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety regulations.
