The Role

We are looking to recruit a high calibre Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year’s PQE. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a complex caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.

  • Managing a range of litigation matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion.
  • Providing cost estimates to new clients.
  • Opening files and progressing matters in line with the firm and SRA’s procedures.
  • Contributing to business development activity and networking events on behalf of the firm.

The Candidate

As a Civil Litigation Associate it is essential you can demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Civil Litigation matters.
  • Extensive experience dealing with property litigation matters.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
  • Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using legal case management software.
