Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness and quality.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver a superior user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Android development using Kotlin.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose Libraries.
- Strong understanding of the Android SDK.
- Experience with APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Knowledge of modern mobile architectures such as MVVM, MVP, or MVI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
