We’re supporting a stealth-mode, venture-backed start-up led by a world-class founding team with backgrounds in top-tier tech and academia. The company is tackling a unique challenge at the intersection of machine learning, human behaviour, and mobile-first product development.
They’ve assembled an exceptional early team and are now looking to bring in a Machine Learning Full Stack Contractor to help accelerate the next phase of development. If you\’re excited by the idea of applying ML in complex, real-world scenarios—and enjoy moving fast in a highly autonomous environment—this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate £600-750pd | Outside IR35:
- Designing and training new models from scratch for unique, real-world use cases
- Taking a hands-on, theoretical approach to ML—beyond just implementation
- Building and scaling backend infrastructure and APIs (Python, GCP, etc.)
- Working closely with the CEO and founding engineers to iterate rapidly on product
- Helping drive the integration of ML into a Flutter-based product environment
Core Skills for the Machine Learning Full Stack Engineer Contractor (Python / Flutter / GCP) | Fully Remote / EU-Based | Rate ÂŁ600-750pd | Outside IR35:
- Strong theoretical grounding in ML, with proven experience training models from scratch
- Full stack capabilities, ideally with backend experience in Python and frontend knowledge of Flutter
