The Role
They are looking for a talented Engineering Manager, Mobile, B2C, to manage a cross functional squad of exceptional Software engineers, of all seniorities.
This is a people-focused management role, suited to someone who excels at; developing individuals, inspiring the team, fostering collaboration, getting results, and crafting exciting career plans.
You will be someone that has progressed through the ranks as a Software engineer, at top engineering teams, and feels confident with making strategic Technical decisions.
Skills/Experience Required for Engineering Manager, Mobile (Android/iOS) B2C | Fintech | London, Hybrid 2 Days | Up to £130,000 base, plus share options/benefits
- Proven impact working within a fast-growth B2C business, from start-up to scale-up phase, managing and leading a large team of circa 6+ people.
- Experience working within Native Android and iOS Mobile applications
- Ideally some exposure to Fintech but its not a must have.
- Confidence in setting the technical roadmap and implementing processes through strong communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
