Company I’m currently working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing start-ups on a mission to transform the future of sustainable luxury. They’re looking for a Full Stack Growth Engineer to become a key player in their highly creative, data-driven Growth team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of storytelling, design, and cutting-edge engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with in-house filmmakers, designers, and a technical growth team (yes, everyone here codes) to build tools, features, and experiments that drive growth, engagement, and retention.
Your role:
- Design and build full-stack features that optimize customer acquisition and conversion.
- Use your TypeScript and React expertise to craft compelling, high-performing user experiences.
- Write and interpret complex SQL queries to support growth experiments and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering to identify and execute on high-impact growth opportunities.
- Apply UX and CRO best practices to streamline user journeys and boost engagement.
- Contribute to a service-oriented architecture with scalable, maintainable code.
- Lead with a test-and-learn mindset—experimenting, iterating, and scaling what works.

Type of engineer:

Remuneration & Benefits
- £75,000 - £95,000
