We are looking for a Head of Product to join a fast-growing social media/dating mobile application, with over 12 million downloads. This role could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently leading a small team, to take a leap into a larger scale, or for a seasoned manager looking for something exciting and scaling.
The role will be looking after the strategic arm of the company, managing 3 Leaders and 2 PMs directly. They are looking for someone who has experience managing teams, identifying problems, features, and new revenue streams for the business. The right candidate will own the strategy end to end and will work between Data Analysts, Design, technology, and marketing to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities:- Managing a team of 8+ people
- Drive best product practices throughout the company
- Manage 3 Team Leaders to get the best out of each team
- Own company and squad initiatives
- Own the strategy and roadmap and work with CEO and CTO
- Work within cross-functional teams to ensure strong delivery
- Extensive user research
- Over 6 years working in Product Management
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- Solid experience managing and mentoring juniors
- Experience leading from the front
- Exposure to training other leaders
- Experience working in a scale-up/startup
- Experience working with B2C Mobile Applications
- Identifying problems and introducing new practices to a company
- Up to £120,000 + Bonus and Benefits
