I\’m currently working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing start-ups on a mission to transform the future of sustainable luxury.

They\’re looking for a Full Stack Growth Engineer to become a key player in their highly creative, data-driven Growth team.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of storytelling, design, and cutting-edge engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with in-house filmmakers, designers, and a technical growth team (yes, everyone here codes) to build tools, features, and experiments that drive growth, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities for —> Senior Full Stack Engineer | Tech For Good (E-Commerce Start-Up) | React.js / Next.js/ TypeScript / PostgresSQL | LDN 3 Days Per Week | £90K – £110K

Your role:

->Design and build full-stack features that optimize customer acquisition and conversion.

->Use your TypeScript and React expertise to craft compelling, high-performing user experiences.

->Write and interpret complex SQL queries to support growth experiments and performance analysis.

->Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering to identify and execute on high-impact growth opportunities.

->Apply UX and CRO best practices to streamline user journeys and boost engagement.

Contribute to a service-oriented architecture with scalable, maintainable code.

->Lead with a test-and-learn mindset—experimenting, iterating, and scaling what works.

->Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions.

->A degree from a top-tier university.

Remuneration & Benefits

->£90,000 – £110,000
