We’re supporting a fast-moving founding team building an ambitious consumer platform already securing exciting partnerships.
This is a rare chance to play a huge role in shaping the product experience from scratch – working directly with proven founders and engineers on a disruptive, design-led B2C application.
You’ll be joining at an early stage, where design isn’t just execution – it defines the brand, the product, and the company’s trajectory.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Product Designer, Contractor | UX, UI, Brand, Visual Design | Early-Stage Consumer Start-up, B2C, HealthTech | Rate £500–600/day (Outside) | 6-months | UK and EU remote
- Leading on visual and interaction design, ensuring a brand-led, aesthetic-first approach.
- Driving end-to-end product design – from research and UX flows through to polished UI execution.
- Working closely with founders to design and ship new products from scratch, not just iterate on existing systems.
- Bringing a startup mentality: scrappy, autonomous, and hands-on without relying on large teams or design systems.
- Crafting a thoughtful portfolio of work that demonstrates both creativity and product thinking.
We’d Love To See:
- 5+ years’ experience in product design with a strong visual/brand design foundation.
- Proven startup experience – building and shipping products in small, fast-paced teams.
- A strong portfolio showing depth, craft, and process (including your messy Figma files, not just polished outcomes).
- Confidence working across UX research, UI, and product strategy.
- Bonus: background in graphic design, art direction, or brand.
