Overview
Head of Product to join a fast-growing social media / dating mobile application with 12+ million downloads. This role could be a fantastic opportunity for someone currently leading a small team to take a leap into a larger scale, or a seasoned manager seeking an exciting scaling challenge. The right candidate will own the strategy end to end and collaborate with Data Analysts, Design, Technology and Marketing to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 8+ people
- Drive best product practices throughout the company
- Manage 3 Team Leaders to optimise performance across teams
- Own company and squad initiatives
- Own the strategy and roadmap and work with CEO and CTO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong delivery
- Conduct extensive user research
Requirements / Experience
- Over 6 years working in Product Management
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- Solid experience in mentoring juniors
- Experience leading from the front
- Exposure to training other leaders
- Experience working in a scale-up / startup
- Experience working with B2C mobile applications
- Identifying problems and introducing new practices to a company
Remuneration
- Up to £120,000+ Bonus and Benefits
- Very attractive equity options
- Hybrid working (Tuesdays & Thursdays in the office)
