The Company: We have partnered with a boutique consultancy that partners with high-profile enterprise clients across industries such as retail, financial services, biotech, and technology. They’re currently looking to bring an Analytics Consultant on board to support and deliver data-driven initiatives that have meaningful business impact. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to apply both technical and strategic thinking in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering analytics and machine learning projects for major UK and European clients, including household names in retail and banking.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated analytics tools and large-scale data pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights for clients.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Work collaboratively with data engineers, analysts, and client teams on end-to-end project delivery.
- Manipulate and clean large, complex datasets.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g. analytics, data science, engineering).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exposure to tools like DBT, Apache Airflow, Docker.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (terabyte-level or higher).
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (or similar programming languages).
- Passion for uncovering insights through data.
- Growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning.
