Role: Product Engineers (React/Node) - x1 FE focussed and x1 FS

Salary: 80-150k (+ equity & 15% quarterly bonus)

Location: x5 days pw in Central London

Tech stack includes: Typescript, NextJS, Node.js, GCP, Postgres, Terraform

Team: x10 engineers

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI-driven business transforming the insurance claims space. Rather than selling software alone, they deliver an end-to-end regulated claims service, combining proprietary AI tools with experienced insurance professionals to help major insurers handle claims more efficiently and at higher quality.

Founded by experienced entrepreneurs with a previous successful exit in insurance, the company has already gained strong traction, raised significant backing ($13.3 million seed funding) and works with major insurance businesses across the UK and US.

The team is based in central London and operates in a highly ambitious, high-performance environment, suited to people who enjoy ownership, pace, and building from the ground up.

Must-haves:

  • FE focussed hire - 5+ yrs exp (1st FE specialist!)
  • FS focussed hire - 2+ yrs exp (flexible on stack)
  • Experience building and shipping product features end-to-end
  • Ability to work closely with operational or non-technical teams to understand problems and turn them into product solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Happy working in a highly engaged, office-based team
