The role
Intropic builds data and analytics for event-driven investing. Our products help hedge funds, banks and asset managers understand and trade around index rebalances, M&A, equity capital markets activity and shareholder flows. Our engineering team sits at the heart of the business: the models and pipelines we run every day feed directly into the data our clients rely on.
About the Role
What you'll do
We’re looking for a mid-level Backend Data/Software Engineer to join our engineering team and support cross-team operations. You’ll work across teams to improve the speed and reliability of our production models, and build out the infrastructure and tooling our internal teams rely on day to day.
This role suits an ambitious engineer who wants more autonomy than a typical mid-level position offers. You’ll be working close to the core of how the business runs, with a clear path toward greater ownership, including the chance to help design and build new products for clients as you develop.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Get
- Hybrid working, based out of our Canary Wharf office
- The opportunity to work across multiple teams and gain broad exposure to the business
- A clear path toward greater autonomy and ownership as you grow in the role
- The chance to contribute to new products built for clients
