The role
This is a high-ownership position. You’ll tackle complex problems end-to-end, influence product direction and work closely with engineering product and design.
You’ll be trusted to decide what to build, how to build it and how to make it bette r .

- What they are looking for
5+ years’ software engineering experience , operating at Senior, Lead or Staff level.
- Strong full-stack skills with a backend focus.
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up or similarly fast-moving environment.
- A product mindset and genuine focus on user experience.
- Strong understanding of scalable, distributed systems.
- High standards for code quality, reliability and simplicity.
- Someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy and meaningful problems.
