  • YuLife subscription, allowing you to turn your daily steps and meditation into discounts at a range of stores.

The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how our device software behaves. You’ll take the product vision and turn it into features our software team can build with confidence. This is product work at the level of detail. You’ll think through how features should behave in every situation, including the edge cases, and give the team clear answers. You’ll also make sure that work gets delivered. That means keeping the backlog in shape, setting priorities and following features through to release. You’ll start on future releases of CoMind One, our first product, and help shape CoVision as it moves towards delivery. As the team and product line grow, so does the role.

What you'll do:

  • Define how features work, step by step, including the edge cases and failure modes that matter in a clinical setting.
  • Package features for build: what it does, why it matters, what it looks like, and the decision logic behind it.
  • Prototype flows and interactions using AI tools, so the team sees the idea before they build it.
  • Sit with the software team and make the call when a feature question comes up.
  • Act as the link between our commercial team and the software team, turning customer and market needs into clear requirements.
  • Use quick prototypes to test those needs with customers and the commercial team before they reach the backlog.
  • Shape the product roadmap with the Product Lead.
  • Own the software backlog in Jira: intake, triage and grooming, so it reflects real priority.
  • Write acceptance criteria and check that what ships matches what was intended.
  • Partner with the Project Manager, who runs sprints, so sequencing and timing reflect real priority rather than convenience.
  • Keep decisions and documentation in Confluence, not lost in Slack.
  • AI is fundamental to our culture – it’s not just a tool, but a core part of how we work, collaborate, and innovate. We expect all team members to embrace AI in their daily work and continuously find new ways to use it effectively.

How you'll work:

At CoMind, all team members work at least 4 days per week from our new Kings Cross offices, plus a flexible work-from-home day.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable product management experience on software that runs on physical hardware.
  • You understand the pace of regulated hardware: long development cycles and infrequent releases.
  • Evidence of making product decisions from logic and a deep understanding of users.
  • Writing requirements precise enough for engineers to build without repeated back-and-forth.
  • You’re comfortable debating a feature with engineers and explaining why it matters for the product.
  • A natural translator: equally comfortable in a conversation with a non-technical stakeholder describing a problem and in a ticket-grooming session with engineers debating implementation trade-offs.
  • You use AI tools heavily in your day-to-day work.
  • Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes, using AI tools to turn an idea into something clickable that users and engineers can react to.
