About the Role
You will join an experienced team building a platform that supports couriers, focusing on backend development with occasional full‑stack responsibilities such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, and front‑end code improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services in Python (learning required if not already).
- Design and implement scalable systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Collaborate with frontend teams and improve user‑facing code.
- Take ownership of projects and wear multiple hats to drive feature delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in high‑performing software teams.
- Strong experience with backend languages, especially Python; willingness to learn Python.
- Experience with cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and front‑end code.
- Proven track record of working at scale, taking ownership, and wearing many hats.
- Experience in start‑up or scale‑up environments.
