I'm looking for talented Full Stack Software Engineers to join an ambitious and fast-growing technology business where innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence are central to everything they do. Working alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data specialists, and fellow Engineers, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software that supports both business growth and an exceptional customer experience. The Full Stack Software Engineers will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications across both frontend and backend technologies. They will contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from shaping technical solutions and developing new features to deploying production-ready applications and continuously improving existing platforms.

This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive engineering best practices within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
  • Build intuitive, reliable, and high-performing customer-facing features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimise application performance, scalability and maintainability
  • Participate in code reviews and champion engineering best practices
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality
  • Take ownership of features from concept through to production
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Commercial experience developing full stack web applications
  • Start-up experience & Fast paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, HTML and CSS
  • Experience building backend services using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS or similar
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of modern software development practices, including Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
Desirable Experience
  • Microservices and distributed systems
  • Prisma or comparable ORM frameworks
  • RabbitMQ, Kafka, or event-driven architectures
  • Automated testing using Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
  • Monorepo tooling and modern build systems
  • Experience within eCommerce, SaaS, subscription-based, or digital product organisations
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools
