We're looking for entrepreneurial Software Engineers who have previously worked in start-ups and love building products.

You’ll join a small, ambitious engineering team, working directly with the founders to build and scale a mobile-first consumer platform.

You’ll have ownership across the product, from building beautiful user experiences to developing backend systems, shipping features and influencing technical direction.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed tickets and told what to build.

You’ll be expected to think like a founder, challenge ideas, solve problems and ship.

Start-up experience is essential. TypeScript experience isn't.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and scale an ambitious mobile-first consumer product.
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend and product engineering.
• Develop intuitive, high-quality experiences for a growing user base.
• Take new product ideas from concept through to production.
• Work directly with founders to shape the roadmap and technical direction.
• Experiment, iterate and ship quickly based on real customer feedback.
• Make important architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Help establish the engineering foundations for a business with global ambitions.

Tech Stack | Founding Full Stack Engineer

React | React Native | TypeScript | Node.js | Mobile | Full Stack | AI

TypeScript experience is not essential.

We're interested in exceptional engineers from Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Swift and other strong software engineering backgrounds.

The most important thing is that you've built real products in start-ups, can learn quickly and have the engineering fundamentals to work across the stack.

• Start-up Experience – Essential: You've worked in an early-stage start-up or small, high-growth engineering team.
• Full Stack Engineering: You're comfortable taking ownership across different parts of a product.
• Zero-to-One Mentality: You love building products from scratch and turning ideas into working software.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You take initiative, challenge assumptions and operate without needing constant direction.
• Product Thinking: You care about users, not just code, and want to build experiences people love.
• Speed & Execution: You know when to move quickly, experiment and iterate.
• Strong Engineering Fundamentals: You're an excellent problem solver who can adapt to different technologies.

Nice to have: Consumer technology, mobile applications, marketplaces, React Native or experience as an early engineering hire.
