We are working with a Fintech scale-up in the payments space who are completely changing the game for how payments work for small business reducing costs and allowing them to be more agile.

Founded by entrpreneurs with a serious background in building businesses, this start-up have raised millions of pounds and have been taking a remarkable percentage of market share week on week.

Recently the team have just opened up in America and they are now looking to grow the team to help support the rapid growth of the product.

They are looking for a mid level Android Developer to come and work with one of the strongest Android Engineering teams in London and scale through the ranks.

About the Role

As a Android Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge features for their mobile application.

You will collaborate closely with a talented team of 20 engineers.

  • Design, develop, and test new features for their Android Application.
  • Work within a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end features and foster innovation.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
  • Key Skills and Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
  • Experience using various architectures including MVVM.
  • Experience using Jetpack Composed.
  • Familiarity with Git flow and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with payments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for building high-quality software that solves real-world problems.
