Purpose of job
Working closely with the Head of Business Change and Projects, you will have the responsibility for successfully planning and delivering major firm wide projects and change initiatives. You will work with colleagues at all levels and in all areas of the firm. This is an exciting new role for a ‘can-do’ person keen to make an impact from Day one!
Accountabilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from initial proposal and planning through to execution, implementation, and closure. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, and within scope and budget.
Cultural Change Management: Lead initiatives aimed at fostering cultural change within the firm. Engage with colleagues to promote new ways of working and thinking to ensure that project outcomes are successfully embedded across the firm.
ROI Analysis: Conduct thorough return on investment analysis for all projects. Use data to inform project decisions and measure project performance. Present findings to stakeholders to demonstrate the value and impact of project initiatives.
Business Process Coordination: Coordinate business process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets to ensure projects are costed accurately and remain within financial constraints. Monitor expenditures and adjust as necessary to avoid budget overruns.
The candidate
Ideally you will have Project Management experience within a professional services environment involving cultural change, a certification (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.) would be highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of ROI analysis and financial metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Superior communication and people skills.
