The Role

As a Legal Support Portal Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting both clients and internal teams through the efficient management of the client portal, centralised systems, and reprographics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portal Administration: Carrying out ID checks, AML checks, data integrity checks, and conflict checks.
  • Managing live status file opening and resolving file opening issues.
  • Acting as the first point of contact on the Client Portal Helpdesk: answering phone calls and responding to online chats from clients.
  • Supporting clients with portal-related issues and liaising with IT, developers, and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborating with fee earners and branch support staff on matter-related queries.
  • Mattersphere Database Management: Creating and maintaining associate contacts. Processing branch office requests for data changes.
  • Reprographics Services: Producing bundles, indexing, and binding services; managing high-volume printing and specialist copy services; document scanning and digitisation services.
