We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team, providing top-notch service to our clients and partners. As a steering international law firm, we value professionalism and excellent communication.

  • Full-time, permanent position in Manchester.
  • Opportunity to work with a leading international law firm.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate events and shift cover. Working hours 08:00 – 16:00. (With flexibility for events/shift cover. Reception operation times are 08:00 – 17:30)

The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

  • Deliver a professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and professional at all times.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
  • Set up telephone, conference calls, and AV facilities.
  • Organise catering and presentation needs for meetings and events.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready.
  • Assist in preparing and running marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours.
  • Make travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Support the General Office/Office Manager with administrative tasks.
