Contract: Part-Time | 15 Month FTC

Location: Fully Remote

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Document Centre Specialist to join a dynamic Document Centre team on a 15-month fixed-term basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality document production services.

You will act as a key point of contact for document services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate, high-quality documents in line with templates, brand guidelines, and best practices
  • Act as a key client interface for Document Centre services
  • Deliver work to tight deadlines with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
  • Manage multiple tasks and workflows effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with Document Centre Managers and provide workflow support where required
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring a professional and responsive service
  • Support continuous improvement and personal development initiatives

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in document production within a professional services environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong understanding of document production practices and technologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Flexible and adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Desirable

  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment
  • Knowledge of workflow management systems
