Owen Reed is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal PA to join a top-tier dispute resolution team at a leading law firm in Birmingham.

Our team specializes in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Responsibilities
- Diary management: Ensure no meeting clashes, prepare materials, arrange meetings, and manage travel details.
- File management: Open and close files, maintain electronic filing systems.
- Mailbox management: Prioritize, categorize, respond to client requests, and monitor fee-earners\β mailboxes.
- Client liaison: Take messages, pass information, and handle simple queries.
- Delegation: Assign tasks to appropriate secretarial resources to optimize PA time.
- Billing and financial management: Oversee billing processes, WIP reports, and client invoicing, ensuring client-specific billing requirements are met.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate photography sessions and upload images.
- Update website content, create profiles, blogs, and briefing papers.
- Proofread and hyperlink website content.
- Maintain bids, credentials, and library databases.
Business Development
- Manage contacts and BD activities in InterAction.
- Assist with pipeline updates and document preparations.
- Organize conference calls and travel arrangements.
Other Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding via InTapp Intake, AML documentation, and engagement letters.
- Handle ad hoc conflict queries.
Experience and Knowledge
