Owen Reed is looking for a Team Administrator – Structured Finance and Derivatives for a top law firm in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join a highly regarded finance practice. The role is full-time in the office during probation, moving to a hybrid model (3 days office / 2 days home) thereafter. Ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a professional services or legal environment.
The Role
- You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners and wider teams, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary, meeting and travel coordination (including international travel)
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading documents in line with house style
- Supporting matter opening, filing, archiving and document management
- Assisting with billing, expenses, WIP reports and time recording
- Uploading documents to SharePoint and deal rooms
- Supporting business development, CV updates and pitch materials
- Providing general administrative and team support as required
