As a Supervisor / Line Leader, you’ll take ownership of your production area, driving performance, maintaining quality and leading your team to success. You’ll play a key role in the wider operation, stepping up for the Production Manager when required and contributing to key decisions. You will take ownership of your production area, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the operation. In the absence of the Production Manager, you will confidently step into a leadership role and support wider business objectives.
